HOW TO MEASURE:
Measure around your lower bicep in inches. The lower bicep should be measured 3” up from the middle of your elbow joint. Make sure your arm is relaxed and at your side.
Measure around your lower thigh in inches. The lower thigh should be measured 3” up from the middle of your knee. Make sure your thigh is relaxed.
