What is Creatine HMB?

Most everyone knows creatine, but not HMB. β-Hydroxy-β-Methylbutyrate (HMB) in small amounts is a naturally produced substance in humans. Creatine HMB are supplements used to enhance the effects of weight training on muscle mass; it is the powerhouse metabolite of the essential amino leucine. It plays an anti-catabolic role in muscle tissue breakdown and atrophy.
