CANCELLATIONS AND FREEZES

To request the cancellation or suspension of a membership, kindly send an email to info@gyfitness.org, including your membership account ID number, first name, last name, phone number, along with a detailed reason for the cancellation or suspension request.

Please be advised that for term memberships, any outstanding balances on the account must be settled before the cancellation can be processed.

Moreover, to temporarily suspend a membership, a minimum freeze period of 3 months is required. Please be aware that charges may apply depending on the type of membership you currently hold.
