Ingredients and Benefits
- Caffeine is known to increase metabolic rate, improve endurance, and reduce fatigue. It has the ability to block different receptors in the brain. It also stimulates the central nervous system, enhancing brain function for a more productive and effective workout. When caffeine blocks the A2A receptor, it can raise the brain’s levels of dopamine and epinephrine (adrenaline), ultimately increasing focus and improving power. Caffeine is also recognized for its fat-burning abilities. This stimulant can lead to exercising harder and longer which helps you burn more calories. It also helps suppress appetite and aids with muscle recovery.
- β-Alanine, also known as beta-alanine, is a naturally occurring amino acid produced in your liver that promotes nerve signal function. Some studies suggest that supplementation may delay the onset of neuromuscular fatigue and enhance athletic performance. Due to its antioxidant-rich properties, beta-alanine can also strengthen immunity and combat signs of aging. This supplement enables a greater tolerance to sustain anaerobic activity. L-arginine is also essential for creating nitric oxide, a compound that relaxes your blood vessels for better blood flow and oxygen exchange. Arginine is important for cellular functions and the development of muscle mass. When your muscle gains mass, L-arginine sends a signal to muscle cells, which encourages the release of growth hormone, and aids in fat metabolism.
Directions
